The Stranger Times Review

Listened to this on audiobook and very much enjoyed the reader.
Excellent comedy, full of energetic scenes and characters that had me chuckling. The characters are likable, diverse, and memorable without requiring a lot from the reader or time in the book to display them. (This is due to several excellent introduction scenes.) The antagonist is good, providing actual threat while building animosity from the reader and having a personality of his own. The world building is light but interesting, particularly the concept of the Making and some of the other magical elements. The pacing is good. All in all, just a fun read. Very much looking forward to the sequel.
